  Outstanding staff, quick service! Very quick and prompt with my order. Staff took the time to understand my needs and wants as I was with my family. Food came out hot and super fresh. Will be returning! Very pleased!

  Worst experience I have ever had. First time ordering from wings up. I got the wrong food, call the places ask for the manger, the "manager" (Sam) said I was speaking to her. did not get a name and was not friendly at all. She said sorry about it but with attitude and did not do anything for me. and hung up on me. She is a young manager that need to get more training with customer service and how to hand a problem. Had to ask the drive for her managers name. Now my food is cold and another person food is cold. Was not happy with the experience or customer service.
