We buy two steeped tea by drive thru and they were cold like ice cap. I went in the store and ask to replace them for me , they did replace it but steeped pot was marked 2.10 pm at 3.00 pm , this time tea was hot but doesn't taste good at all.However, none of the team memeber was wearing hair net.
