  Extremely convenient BUT Long lines Very Slow service and incorrect orders on a regular basis . Requested Box of Single Serve Kerigue Decaf. Server at the window advised us that his "lazy manager forgot to order them" . As I was drinking my coffee felt coffee grinds. Will ALWAYS go out of my way to another Tim Hortons for better service.

  Wish there was a store close to the facility, University Gates Waterloo. That way families could stop and get a treat for elder family members in longterm

  Mess up orders consistently. Past few times I've ordered a breakfast bagel belt, there's no lettuce or tomato. Waste of money.

  Only been to this location a few times, but the service has always been slow (even when I'm the only one there). Orders have been messed up in one way or another every time I've been here; wrong size, wrong flavour shot, didn't receive everything that I ordered so had to go ask staff for the rest of my order. From what I've seen, the owner is a complete ass to their staff, so it's no wonder there's such a high turnover rate. Will definitely not be going back here. If I could give a rating of 0/5 stars, I would.
