  Attempted to order delivery for 30 minutes. No answer. Twice somebody picked up the phone and set it down . I could literally hear the staff talking in the background after the phone was put down on the counter. I'm done with the entire franchise. The good is good but the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

  Let's order "vegetable medley" for our toddler! Super easy to prepare, yes? Nope. Uncooked vegetables. Back to the kitchen they went! The vegetables returned... ... Still not cooked! Why!? 2 stars.

  Worst Swiss Chalet experience ever. Service was very slow, found a plastic lid on my drink, crispy chicken over cooked, 1 piece burnt.

  Overall horrible experience, the only good thing was that we were seated quickly. The first table we got sat at had these little bugs and were crawling in our feet and legs, we got moved but no one did anything about the bugs and they seated another family there! We then waited way to long for our food where as the chicken wasn't even cooked. When we brought it to our waitress's attention she told us everyone complains about it but it's cooked, I don't think that pink chicken with blood coming out of it is cooked. Worst family dinner ever.

  I don't expect much when I go to swiss chalet. If I've made the decision to go to swiss chalet it's because I'm looking for something hot and fast. It often on the way home from a trip, after a long hike. Or when we are running late. I understand that everything is precooked I understand that it's all kept in warming drawers. I understand that the gravy and the dipping sauce come as a powder and are made in the morning. I understand all of that and I still managed to have a disappointing experience at swiss chalet cambridge. Honestly 5 minutes to sit us? Why were all the fries cold? Your cold ass chicken taste like salt. Why did it take so long? It's all pre cooked. The waitress went of to talk to the other waitress and I had to flag her down... Later she brought the debit machine set it on the table beside us cleared some of our plates then didn't come back. Anyways, try a different swiss chalet.
