  First of all, the service was very slow, the wait staff wasn't very attentive even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. I ordered the roast beef kaiser, which I added the cheese onto. I also ordered the side of mashed potatoes. The presentation was terrible, even for a Swiss Chalet. My plate had the sandwich and a plop of mashed potatoes. This left 1/3 of the plate empty. On the sandwich, there was no horseradish sauce, unlike what the menu said, so the sandwich ended up being dry. The only thing that was decent was the plop of mashed potatoes with the gravy. I don't recommend eating at this restaurant.

  Great service. Was a pleasure to eat there. Amazing staff. Great servers. Will go back.

  Never had a problem when ordering for pick up and its always ready about 10 mins after i order. Food isn't over the top but it isnt crap either. I usually use coupons so its discounted, i probably wouldnt go here intending to pay full price as its not worth it.
