  Just went to this location today and was extremely happy with how bright and clean the store was. All the toppings were fresh, and the service was amazing. It was very refreshing to see the store owner working at the storefront and making sure customers were satisfied. Owner was also extremely friendly and the pitas were perfectly filled. I'm one happy customer, and will only be returning to this location. Thank you!!

  I didn't even get anything...I walked in and waited to order for 10 minutes and not a person in sight. Saw a reflection in the back...nobody even bothered with me. No service...not just horrible service. Too bad I actually need to give a star to rate this place. I'll stick with Pita Pit.

  I frequent Pita Factory every few months in hopes of calming my cravings for a Halifax Donair. Most of the time, my experience has been pretty good, though there was one time I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the only employee working was standing in the back room on the phone. I actually left before they ever looked up to even check to see if anyone was there.

  Delivery took a long time. The food arrived cold. The people on the phone who took my order were snobs. Waterloo location is way better in my opinion
