L.A. Franks hot dog and hamburger stand is located here and is open in the summer. Well kept ruins of a former mill are used for live music, and often wedding parties use it for photos. Kayakers access the river from here and play in the eddies below the river. A walking path will take you down to the city centre.

It's a park, what can one say? It's a nice park! I love it when they have live music playing during the Cambridge Folk Festival.
