  THE WORST & RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! !!!! My son went in with a friend to purchase a slice April 24 8pm ...I guess the PUNK behind counter couldn't wait for my son to count out his money so he threw out a dig by asking if he went to "Kumon or something" I don't think my son said to you "I can't understand ur lack of english" When I called the next day April 25th at 1pm to talk to the owner Tony....he wasn't there.... instead I got the manager who said he was the nephew of Tony....alI I got was rude remarks from him and excuses for the employees ignorance (Typical ).. .. when I called the Webber location in Kichener for a second view on things the owner very nicely apologize for the other locations employees behavior and said "he should have never had said that to my son, it was uncalled for". He offered to drive from Kitchener to Cambridge to offer 3 free XL pizzas once I said I was submitting a review on City Pizza Cambridge .. Keep in mind it wasn't his location that this happened at but his customer service was amazing unlike The owners nephew and employee at Cambridge ....I would definitely recommend his location. I WAS a regular bi weekly customer on home delivey at the Cambridge location but NEVER again!!!!. Tony you might want to keep staff and family members with NO personality and manners out of the front end!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE CAMBRIDGE LOCATION TO MY FRIENDS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
