One of the pleasant surprizes in the 'new' downtown Galt. Wendi is a pleasure to talk to, she has an infinite knowledge of artisan cheese(s) and loves to describe the different cheeses to anyone who walks through her door, whether they are regular clients or anyone curious to origins.
