  Service is always slow. Employees don't seem to care if the line is 30+ people long. They care more about talking with each other than helping customers. Drive-through is not any better.

  As others have reported, the service here is slow. There's a new "express line" in which you can order just basic items but that line tends to be longer so you end up waiting anyway.

  Awful service. Very long wait in the drive thru, then our order was wrong. Not only did they give us the wrong breakfast sandwich, they missed the bagel and cream cheese we paid for. Of course, after that long wait, we didn't have time to go back and there's no phone number to call.

  This is the slowest Timmies I've visited (consistently) in 30 years. Minimum 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. Unless you have exorbitant amounts of time- not worth it. You'll be late

  Only got a coffee, but the line went by pretty quickly and the coffee didn't take long.
