  I went there and it took long for us to be served due to employees hanging around the bar making it hard to find a seat together. As you can see by the picture with the beer mug and all the crumbs on the bar it was like drinking in a pigsty. Not the East Side Mario's that I remember from not that long ago. Very disappointed!

  I like East Side Marios. Always good atmosphere. However I have one complaint. Unlimited salad or soup is a scam... they are always so slooow bringing it to the table. I ask for more, but by the time they bring it my main comes. They do that on purpose and we KNOW IT.

  This Location has went way down hill! We went to ESM in January for my son's birthday all pasta dishes we had to send back as they were dry and cold! I thought we would give it another try again two nights ago for another family birthday! First our waitress Megan was Amazing, she is a excellent waitress! our salad and bread was good but the meals we ordered were beyond horrible! The steak dinner the mushrooms and potatoes were freezing cold, then two of our people ordered chicken wraps the lettuce was beyond rotten like brown slimy rotten...the waitress was right there when we discovered the lettuce. They go their meals free, but you think the manager would have came out and apologized or something, never again will we go there.
