  I don't want to give this place a bad reputation but I had really bad service and I own a business and I see customer service as the most important thing you can have for you company other then great products and well I am not satisfied I ordered a cake ahead of time and paid for it at the store and was happily going along with the party planning and I kept getting calls about we can't do this is it okay if we do this and we can't do that is it okay if we did that and I didn't mind any of this I understand not everything is going to be perfect and I don't mind at all but then when I called ahead of time to go pick it up to see if it was done They had no idea that I even ordered anything can't find my cake or my order slip and I felt like I was going to louse my temper and I thought "I wouldn't like someone to do that to me" so I kept patient now I am waiting on a call back to figure out what they are going to do but even though the situation hasn't been solved I was not going to wait to write something because I might change my mind and at this point I want to make sure that they get the review they deserve please for your own good get organised and figure out what your doing because that was my money and precious time spent and I don't know whats going to happen and the stress is real communicate well with each other and figure things out please
